It is.pulling teeth to even try to fulfill..an order. The phone number goes to a lady named Dawn and never to a representative of OSA. It is poor customer service. The only plus is the quality of the equipment if can receive supplies needed.

I called before Christmas to get my CPAP supplies ordered because I had met my deductible for the year. They never ordered it. When I called last week, the person who answered said she can see the request but didn’t understand why it hadn’t been ordered. I picked it up 14 Jan, it it cost $188 instead of $25. And they didn’t care that their incompetence cost me $163. Very poor customer service.

Difficult to get in touch with anyone at the office; difficult to reorder supplies and treated with indifference when i call in with a concern. I would recommend a different company.
