This 5 star review pertains to the salesman Craig Harrold and to the service dept. They are very friendly and helpful. As for the finance manager couldn't even give him a one star, he should be fired doesn't return call or emails once he has your money you're old news His name is Antonio Owens so if you decide to go to Optimum Titusville deal with anyone else but him.
The salesmen were very pleasant and easy to work with. No high pressure to buy. Mr Hayes in the parts department was extremely helpful with an explanation of the equalizer hitches and what would be best for me.
Kelsie is an extremely friendly spirit and always ready to help someone. She was very informative when asked questions and went out of her way to get pictures on the spot.
Today we bought a Flagstaff Microlite. We could not be happier with the experience. The unit was priced well and our salesman James was knowledgeable and patient and answered every question.Highly recommend this dealership. Very high quality product and amazing customer service.
