If I could give this dealer a ZERO star, I would. This dealership sold us a 2022 Heritage Glen trailer. I really loved that the trailer had a larger kitchen, and a king size bed. They sold us on protection plans for paint, fabric, along with the entire vehicle protection plan, a total of 4263.50. Last year, the roof had a leak, along with other items that needed to be fixed. We purchased a brand new 2024 Hartland Cyclone toy hauler in February 2024 from the Tallahassee Fl, had had a few issues that we found at the beginning, and they took care of some issues. We took it on a trip mid October 2024 to Austin Tx. and returned to Ga that same weekend. I have had the pleasure of dealing with this dealership, my agent was with Greg Lehr. We were treated with the respect that you would have wanted to be treated with. He was very knowledgeable in all aspects, we were giving the grand tour. Later a technician showed us how everything worked. If we were buying another, Greg Lehr would be the person to deal with.
