The service department is the absolute worst. We took our rig in for multiple things. What have us upset is they broke things that wasn't broken. We left our key because the locks were changed on the rig. They broke the lock on the front door and drilled a hole and warped the back door to gain entry. Enrique has not solved the issues to our complaint. This is horrible think twice before leaving your unit with this dealership. I've tried reaching out but never can get a manager besides him. I am beyond upset 😡

We had an extremely disappointing experience with this RV dealership. When we brought our RV in for consignment (paid $299 for consignment fee) as we were told it would sell within 2–3 weeks. Upon bringing in our camper, we were then told we needed $1413 worth of service and maintenance (roof, windows, doors resealed) . We were told the work would be handled quickly.
