The staff is extremely disrespectful. I went there for a preventative care visit and they charged me for a “tobacco use” procedure for which I was charged a hefty fee for a procedure that was supposed to be free from my insurance, only because the code submitted was wrong and instead of taking ownership and resolving the issue they bounced me off to an “outsourced” medical coder who said that “while we have submitted a wrong code”, since the claim is already paid we cannot do anything about it.
