We have been a long time customer of Optimum and have always received a prompt and courteous service supplied by the whole team. Very happy with recent boiler service, engineer arrived on time, quick, clean, and provided certification required. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
Bradley came out to service my boiler a couple of weeks ago. At the same time quoted for replacing taps, resealing etc. Quote was received promptly, work was scheduled in promptly and completed today. Excellent service. Bradley is a credit to Optimum; courteous, tidy in his work and he’s done an excellent job. Have used Optimum for more years than I care to divulge but wouldn’t use anyone else.
Simon and his team are just incredible. We have used them multiple times for various plumbing issues and they have always gone above and beyond, especially the unseen Victoria who sits in the background of the business!. One occasion was 10pm on the hottest day of the year, we called Simon to come and detach a gas fire due to a bird falling down our chimney. He couldn’t have been more patient and helpful!
