The ladies at the front desk/ lobby are always professional and welcome everyone wca warm smile and Hello. My PT Jannel is AWESOME. She explains in detail all pt exercises before and observes while offering guidance. She is passionate and invested in givong both personal and professional care to improve the quality of life for her patients. She is an asset to the OPT team.i recently recommended OPT to a friend of mine and specifically to ask for Jannel services
I highly recommend Optimum Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine. I was very skeptical about going to PT after previous bad experiences. From the minute, I met Dr. Shaista Ambreen I was treated with sincerity, gentleness and professionalism. I am her only focus during my scheduled time, and she is not only consistent but educational and helps me understand the process! I’m really pleased with optimum physical therapy. The two therapist that I work with Dr. Shaista Ambreen and Janell Easley they are great very understanding very helpful. The exercises that they give me really help me for what I am going to therapy for the clinic as a whole is a very, very good clinic I really like the atmosphere and the staff is so warm and welcoming
