I have been a patient for 9 years. Great care. I have even gone as far as participating in “Best of Loudoun” campaigns to vote for this practice consistently. I get one insurance problem related to referrals. My insurance company sees specialists in my network that does not appear in the provider portal viewed by the office staff. Horrible! Phone call: Wait time in excess of 30 minutes No information WEBSITE is not intended to help patients making a payment. INTERFACE IS ARCHAIC It seems like they want you to be late!!!!!!!!
The office is dingy, the wait takes forever, they don’t follow process or protocol from my experience, they don’t even do a thorough job; like they will bill you for something that you talked about with them (that THEY asked you about), but they won’t actually check it. But they still code it in to bill you. Unbelievable, healthcare in this country is a problem because of groups like this. There are really good doctors around NOVA and this is not a good doctor’s office.
Same experience as nearly everyone else. The customer service from the billing folks leaves a lot to be desired. I asked a question about my bill and was met by rudeness. Then the account representative lied about what the doctor recommended. I also have no idea who I was even dealing with because they don't sign their name nor know how to write in a professional manner. I had been in the market for a new primary care doctor. I'll look elsewhere and not bother with anyone associated with this group.
The ladies at the front desk/ lobby are always professional and welcome everyone wca warm smile and Hello. My PT Jannel is AWESOME. She explains in detail all pt exercises before and observes while offering guidance. She is passionate and invested in givong both personal and professional care to improve the quality of life for her patients. She is an asset to the OPT team.i recently recommended OPT to a friend of mine and specifically to ask for Jannel services
