I’m disappointed. We paid hundreds of dollars for their rodent removal service to help address voles in our backyard. While I appreciate they extended laying out traps by an additional week, they only caught one mouse and tried to upsell us on indefinite trap placement for an ongoing monthly fee. They have no clear quality/work guarantee which makes it feel like I was scammed as a customer since they did not meaningfully address this issue we hired them for and have not offered a refund or any other solution.

I am so pleased with the service I have received from Optimum Pest Pros!! I was having a continuous rodent problems and Jeff and his team took care of the problem promptly. The office staff are also amazing, friendly and so efficient! I look forward to living a rodent and bug free life!
