Both of my boys work out here. Good quality workouts. Alex is great to work with and the boys love coming here.
Alex is super awesome!! He helps specialize your workouts for your needs and will get you very strong
Been coming here for a few years. Gained about 30 pounds and my fastball velocity went from 82 to 91 since starting OPZ. What I like is the training is specific for each athlete, training you for your specific needs. If you truly care about the sport you play, I would 100% recommend coming here.
