I sent a payment to the wrong address in Downers Grove Illinois. I contacted them 4x's and never got a call back. I called the 877 number and they could not have Downers Grove office either deposit my check or send it to Texas to cash or return it to me. So i HAD TO SPEND $35 TO STOP PAYMENT. Not very professional. The people answering the phones are somewhat helpful, and polite.
