Kole & Michael are both great trainers, super motivating and push you to do more (and thats what I want). It's a great vibe too (well, the music is sometimes questionable but I'm a middle age woman) I only started a few weeks ago but by the end of my first week I felt like part of the community! Maeve is super helpful with nutrition. Michael is happy to share his wealth of knowledge with you. Don't hesitate, if its real training/results you want give this place a go.
I have recently signed up with the team at ON&T and I can not be happier. I have felt looked after and taken care of. Having a structured plan set up means that I know as a competitor what my weeks in advance look like. The team have communicated with me thoroughly throughout the whole process. A+++
I’ve been training at ONT since 2021 and absolutely love it. The coaches are brilliant — supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping everyone improve. The atmosphere is always positive and motivating, with a great crew of people and really good vibes. I’ve built a lot of strength and improved my fitness, highly recommend whether it’s personal training or one of the group classes. Thanks everyone at ONT!!
Good place and vibe. Mike and Cole are legends and very knowable. A very welcoming environment where you feel comfortable and not anxious to train.
