Since Meriplex took over Optimum, it's been a disaster. Billing for services not received, not billing for services that should be in place, not auditing or implementing services and procedures....I'd definitely check out other companies in the area and avoid this one.....RIP Optimum, we miss you

We were having persistent networking issues that limited our productivity, and then we had major issue with our Microsoft 365.
