This is probably the worst service I have ever had from any company. While it was not of my choosing (because my rental agency forced me to go with them), I thought at the very least they would attempt to fix the issue of my AC not working, but I was very, very wrong. It's been two weeks and my unit is now hotter than it was before they came.
