I had tried various over-the-counter shoe inserts for both running and cycling - these are DIFFERENT. Not only is Steve an expert in dealing with athlete's bodies, he also is super detail-oriented and I really appreciated that. These insoles "woke my feet up" which in turn minimized the foot numbness that I had been having with activity. Highly recommend - especially if you're like me and you feel like you've "tried everything else"!
Do yourself a favor and get a pair of customer made insoles from Optimum Insoles. Coming from a person who wore non-custom insoles from the Good Feet Store, these help actually alleviate the pain in my arches, ankles and Achilles. Steve took a ton of time making sure these fit perfectly for me and is always available if any adjustments are needed. I also learned a lot about the right type of shoes (not all are created equal) and the science behind my walk. Bravo!
Insoles in for 6 months and like walking on a cloud. Knee and hip pain gone. Walking further with a lot less strain nor fatigue. Would highly recommend.
