I changed from the plan I was on to Optimum Jan 1, 2024. So far optimum has been good about approving referrals for services needed. But, it took 4 weeks to get my grocery food card. I called December 20, 2023 about it and didn't receive it until 2+ weeks into January. I tried using it at Winn-Dixie for juice and fresh vegetables at and it didn't cover those items. . I went to Publix and it did cover the same items. A week later I went to another Winn-Dixie and bought lettuce and other healthy food and it didn't cover that.... read more

I attended a sales webinar back in October of 2020 and was to have received a $10 gift card for doing so. Katlin was the person who led the webinar and she said that we would receive an email after the close of the webinar, apparently the email was to have included an electronic gift card. I have never received the gift card even though I have contacted Katlin who claims she has nothing to do with the distribution of the gift cards.
