Dans un centre d’entraînement, la sécurité et l’hygiène devraient être des priorités absolues. I love the positive energy at this gym! Everyone—from the front desk to the trainers—is so encouraging. It feels more like a community than just a place to work out. The group classes are amazing!! The cleanliness and organization really stand out. A great place to stay consistent with your fitness journey!
This gym has an amazing location with a beautiful view of the mountain - it's such a motivating environment to work out in! There's a great selection of machines and free weights, plus a variety of group classes for all fitness levels. After a tough workout, I love relaxing in the sauna - it's definitely a bonus feature. Louis-Philippe has been incredibly helpful with my training packages and always takes the time to answer any questions or concerns I have. His attentiveness and professionalism are very much appreciated!
