I called Optimum Glass a couple of years ago to mirror a basement wall for an exercise area. We were very happy with the results then and still are. Our basement walls are a little crooked, but Chris placed the glass panels in such a way that we never notice that. We'd eventually like to get our builders grade (AKA ugly) master shower panels redone and will definitely use this business again.
Chris did a fantastic job. Just what I wanted. A small company that is reliable and affordable (no corporate overhead). Also, my schedule is crazy and he was very understanding and rolled with the punches as I rescheduled on him twice. Fast and affordable and that is a knock out combination in my book.
Chris was excellent at advising us on what we needed and also on installation. He quickly recognized a manufacturing defect on installation and he promptly resolved the issue with a replacement. We highly recommend Optimum Glass.
Chris did incredible work on our glass window replacements. He came out to measure, and got us a quote. He was kind and patient, and beat the other quotes we received. He is knowledgeable and good communicator. Our windows were foggy from the seal breaking (just due to age) and the new glass was stunning. It made us wish we had fixed our windows years ago!! Awesome work. Highly recommend!
