Very nice gym. Great trainers. Angel is the best. If you go during the “off” hours, it feels like having your own gym which is cool. They have a lot of specialized equipment that other gyms dont have - belt squat, reverse hyper, standing press and row, specialty barbells, punching bags and more.
Awesome gym. Excellent rogue lifting equipment. Owners are very nice and accommodating. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a gym with a private feel, not a large commercial gym.
Angle and Mallory are great to work with! The one on one training sessions were challenging and effective. The meal planning was on point to help me achieve my goals.
Great gym. Have been going for 2 years now and I have nothing but positive things to say. Angel is a great guy and really knows his stuff from working out to dieting. He also keeps the gym very clean for all members. Would recommend to anyone
