This is a great company that shows up and is committed to quality. I've worked with this company for 5+ years and they have never failed to deliver a smooth project.
7 phone calls and zero resolved issue. Unanswered voicemail to the service manager as well as owner. As a fellow veteran, I would move on to another provider. Paying for a broken system. NOT the company to do business with. Consider my other competitor. Prices are exorbitant as well on quote I received after one month and basically hunting down sales rep.

Overall this company is very good and we haven't had any real problems since the alarm was installed. However, the installation, which was a takeover from another security company, took 5 visits to complete. The company is veteran owned and even with the installation issue, I still recommend them highly. I wish I could leave 4.5 stars.
Love these products! Great group of men with impeccable customer service and knowledge of high tech security products. They are willing to help you install whatever level of security you need for your home. It is designed for what you and your family need to feel safe. Recommend these guys to everyone!!
