The people sitting at the front desk are very rude and disrespectful they don’t know how a business works don’t know anything about respect and also they have scammed me out of money just so they can fill their pockets with some extra cash PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE
Worst customer service ever ....finally I had a fall due to my cataract eyes bevause of them because they least are concerned about patient safety ..Aileen doesnt even know how to listen and talk to patients and they are giving me hell hard time to just get a letter for my work because I am not able work but Dr dhaliwaal refuse to give me and told me to take from family doc ND surgeon watttt da hack ??? Horrible customer service!!! The receptionist had no clue what she was doing. I had told her that I need my glasses ASAP and she had informed that it’ll take 2-3 days. I called her on the 3rd day to ask, and she said she didn’t know when they’d be done. I asked for an estimated day and she said she’ll call me back after finding out, well she never called me back so I called to ask and she said she forgot. 7 days later I was calling the office and no one answered my call from 11am to 3:30 pm, so I drove to the office.
