I had a strength & conditioning session with Tom and it was exactly what I needed. Training for my first marathon I needed to trim down my gym sessions and focus on my weaker areas. Within the hour we had found what was causing me some discomfort and created a gym plan to help me get stronger in those areas. Would 100% recommend to anyone who is doing any form of running looking at doing any strength and conditioning.
