Dr. B and her team are the most professional, caring, knowledgeable, gentle, and experts in the DMV area. Got the recommendation from my friend. Growing up always nervous and anxious going to the dentist. However I can’t brag enough about Optimum, from the time I made a phone call to make my first appointment Kim had been a saint answering my never ending questions and follow up questions plus asking for early appointment. So grateful for this office! After having some bad experiences elsewhere I was dreading the drill. Nothing to worry about here! Dr. Balderson and her team took great care of me and I felt no pain. What a relief!
I normally hate anything to do with teeth. But I had a filling today and I completely fell asleep during it. My numbing block was painless.
