Here's a professional review you can post: I am very disappointed with this company’s warranty service. I have called multiple times and left messages, but no one has returned my calls. I have also sent emails and received no response. The roof was not installed properly and is now leaking. When a customer has a problem that should be covered under warranty, the company should stand behind its work and communicate with the customer. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. They installed a screen porch for us and did an amazing job. Not only is the porch now screened, but it feels far more open and bright than it used to. Very impressed with the quality and speed with which this project was accomplished. They'll be my go to for future projects.
Optimum Contractor completed a partially finished laundry room for me. Installed plumbing, drywall, recessed lighting, flooring and paint. Jose and his team were prompt and proffesional. They made sure all the small details were complete before the job was done. Thanks!
We have used Jose and his team at Optimum for several remodeling projects - master bath, kitchen, powder room and now the upstairs full bath. They have also refinished and installed hardwood floors and done interior painting. All projects have been completed in a timely manner and done with care. Needless to say we have been very pleased with the work Jose and Optimum have done in our home.
