Fast friendly service everyone was very friendly they kept me updated on my car I got it back in a timely manner I would highly recommend them to anyone who had problems with their vehicle Jacob was very nice and very helpful
I cannot speak highly enough about this place. I worked/spoke with Tammy, Addison, and primarily Jacob during my car repair process. Customer service is the best I’ve had ever in the car world. Jacob and Addison both went above and beyond. They definitely genuinely care about what they’re helping you with and go above and beyond. Couldn't be happier with Optimum Collision Center! Jacob is friendly, professional, and courteous. He was expecting me and came out to meet me. They took in my car that same day and accepted my insurance estimate. My car was ready a day earlier than expected! Paint job was a perfect match to the rest of my car. I have been to optimum collision 2-3 times. It is the best place to get your car fixed. The best in Lawton. Great staff. Jacob is a very nice person, he gives you the best advice.
