The staff was very technical and knowledgeable. They were able to identify faulty parts that were installed in my vehicle. They also reached out to The first body shop that repaired my vehicle to follow up.

I first took my Honda CR-V to Optimum Collision in September 2024 for an estimate for hail damage repair, and I have been impressed with them ever since. Jacob took great care of my vehicle from the initial assessment of the damage, getting the replacement part ordered, and scheduling the repair. He made sure I understood the repair and took care of getting me in and out quickly. I will use Optimum for any future repair needs not just for my Toyota.
