A long time friend told me about Optimum Cleaning Services and Jim came to my home to do an estimate. About a week later he sent me an email with an elaborate document that outlined the services and mentioned he was still working on a schedule. I emailed him a couple of times but after 3 weeks there were no responses. He runs a highly unprofessional family business. Yes I am better off as I found a much better cleaning service that is reliable!
