Keith did not show up to his assigned appointment yesterday. He did not answer any of his phone calls, emails, voicemails or texts. Just completely left us in the dark. I woke up early in the morning to move the furniture off the carpet and vacuuming and he didn't even show! I tried to contact other companies to do a same day cleaning because of his negligence but they were all booked. I ended up having to get steam cleaner and do it myself.
