I attended a Yin Frequency journey session with Nikki and Tina, which was 90 mins of Yin yoga with the lovely sounds of crystal singing bowls. Tina guided us through a number of poses, with clear instructions and Nikki created amazing sounds with the singing bowls that you can feel through your body. I left the session very relaxed.
The Yin and Sound session was amazing. From the very beginning I was warmly greeted and explained what the session will entail. The space was soothing and calm to settle into. I felt supported as the group was guided through Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and sound healing. A very positive and healing experience, thank you!
