I had H&E come out come Tuesday to inspect my ac unit. The guy said i needed to replace the whole unit because the fan motor was dirty and coils was lil dirty and bent. Called kye with optimum air Soultions, his guy came out inspected it. Clean the motor and added freon to it. Working good.
I would never recommend these people to do any a/c repair work. They told me they would send someone out and 2 days later I called back and was told he forgot. He finally sent someone that couldn’t diagnose the problem and told me that if it happened again to call them back. So I did, he came out again after my ceiling was leaking tremendously and told me he had to order a part.
