Horrible customer service. New owner/management is AWFUL!!! Vinny told my dad he would punch him in the face after my dad called to find out some basic information. A little context - the system was installed 2 years ago, he paid for extended warranty but was informed it was voided due to not having regular maintenance.. ok whatever that’s his fault.
