​I was asked by Igor the removalist to write a review on the spot while paying, which felt overbearing and uncomfortable, so I am leaving my objective review now. ​Having moved many times over the past 40 years—locally, interstate, and internationally—I have a lot of experience to compare this to, and this move was below average. ​To their credit, they did a fairly good job handling our large, fragile glass display case, the TV, and our couches. Terrific experience. Made everything very easy. Rocky and Phillip arrived on time, were very friendly and respectful and took great care of all my items. I was very stressed about this move initially, but didn't need to be with Optimove. Everything was transparent and well organised. The best pick.
