My wife had a total knee replacement, very happy with the surgeon doctor I would recommend them to anyone
8/22/24 I haven’t experienced such rude customer service in a long time .The ladies at the front desk acted as though the clients were bothering them. The older gentlemen in front of me asked if he could ask her a question please, the lady quickly responded, she could have been a snapping turtle the way she responded to him, “SIGN IN”! . You don’t have to treat people like this ladies, no matter how frustrated you might be. Dr Sergio Martinez replaced both knees.. amazing staff, surgeon and recovery.. I walked out of surgery center same day surgery. I had a straight leg and 90 degree bend In 2 days. PT and nurses were set up and came out next day.. Dr video visit next day .. I can’t say enough about this team. They have their priorities right
Dr Dinh and staff at both office and surgery unit were phenomenal. I was up walking before I left and went home with detailed instructions. Surgery crew was very caring and as we’re all my concerns. I’m having my other knee replaced in December 2024 and I know it will be another wonderful experience!!!
