How do I get my money back? The touchless car wash took the payment off my Apple Pay and then never turned on.
I come here regularly for the Optimo package and have never been disappointed! Hard working, diligent, and friendly employees. Highly recommend!

All I can say is WOW!!! My Rav4 has never been this clean...EVER! Optimo was recommended by a co worker, so I drove the 15 miles to check them out, and it was totally worth it. I got the $27 package, but it was Ladies' Day, so it ended up being $24. I've never had a car hand washed before and it was just amazing. Then, when I pulled outside and parked, I watched as they dried, vacuumed and cleaned everything...I mean EVERYTHING! They cleaned my windows so thoroughly, without one streak.
