Dude. If the doc tells you to do weighted glute bridges with bands around knees…. DO THEM! You’ll never have to go to chiropractor again. Love that these people give you tools to not have to see them again.
Dr Will is phenomenal with not only the treatment he also takes the time to go over the prevention and recovery aspects and what I can do on my own.
Absolutely excellent! Does NOT take advantage like most Chiros with the 20 visit plan. Does only what you need. Cares about your full overall well-being. Excellent, especially for athletes! Would give 10stars if possible
I've been having intermittent back issues so I looked up Optimized for relief. I have had two sessions (one with Dr. Ashley and one with Dr. Wilmer) and the improvement is awesome!
