I was having redness and eye pain and desperate to get in quickly. They were able to squeeze me in within the hour. I was so blessed by their quick and compassionate care and to have immediate relief!
I was not sure if I would keep patronizing Optimized Eyecare after Dr Cusumano retired - but went there again this year for my annual check up... Everything was great! Dr reviewed all tests that I had done and explained everything in a very detailed manner... Thank you!
I’m honestly more disappointed than frustrated after having such a great first experience last year with Dr. Kelly and Jada. This time, the exam was great, but everything after was not. I was told my new glasses would arrive within two weeks, but I heard nothing for a month until I reached out. I was then told they had arrived, only to come in and find out it was just the lenses. They got us in right away and Dr. Kelly diagnosed the problem right away. I'm sorry I don't remember her name but the receptionist was very helpful and courteous. We really appreciate their help.
