I had a laser treatment today at Optimized Body & Mind and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team are absolutely fantastic — so welcoming, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. They made me feel completely at ease, explained everything clearly, and the treatment itself was smooth and comfortable. The clinic is spotless and has such a calming atmosphere. I had a great experience at optimized body and mind clinic. Went for a full face laser and the procedure was explained to me thoroughly and the clinician was experienced and careful with my treatment. I have booked several other treatments here, looking forward to making more!
I have my thyroid tests done almost every month, and the results are delivered very quickly. The staff is consistently respectful, professional, and friendly. The pricing is very reasonable, and I would highly recommend their services to everyone.
I have been going to Optimized Body and Mind for a while now and have received continuously great service each time. Deval is amazing at what she does and is very knowledgeable, and the staff at the reception are also very lovely. I definitely recommend this place to whoever is interested in getting laser.

The owners have clearly taken time to create a very clean, classy and professional clinic. The lasers they use are the best ones on the market - unlike many other places.
