We were recommended to Optimize through close friends for throwing related injury and shoulder/arm care. Abby and Anthony are patient and athlete focused, share findings, causes, and how to correct and prevent recurring injury. Watching the care of our student athlete and his response was enough that I scheduled myself for chronic shoulder pain and I could not be happier that I did.
Abby is a really great trainer and has helped me get better with pitching, hitting, and defense. She knows how to push people without it not being fun. She has a lot of good, helpful drills and she knows how to explain them. Overall, Abby is a good teacher and a even better person.
My daughter love’s this program! Great trainers…
Abbey is great to work with. Takes time to teach and correct the players. My kids really enjoy working with her.
