I had a very good experience with Optimize Integrative Health. After reviewing my lab work and having an in depth consultation with me, they came up with some very good solutions to address my issues without using tradition medications that are too harsh for me. So far I'm doing well and am looking forward to feeling better soon!

Dr Todsen is very thorough with her evaluations. Kind hearted and compassionate towards all your concerns. I haven't felt this good in a long time! I feel very blessed to be fairly healthy but Dr Todsen is helping to elevate my overall wellbeing so I can essentially age backwards. Her team is also wonderful to work with and quick to help when you have even the simplest question. I am excited to see functional medicine take a role in everyone's life as it is so essential to heal from the inside out!
Great team and service… was referred to Dr. Todsen and had couple of appointment so far Very professional and in line with my expectations in managing my health in a most authentic and holistic way. Randsley in the front office is a doll and always helpful and skillful.
Everything that I was looking for. Bloodwork was extremely convenient since it was time sensitive. I take my health education seriously and I learned some new things that day. We are taking one problem at a time which is what I wanted to do. Haven’t started my new meds but very hopeful!
