Service call was on time as scheduled. The needed work was carefully explained and described. The quote was reasonable and the work was completed thoroughly and efficiently. The garage door is now tuned and signs for needed routine maintenance identified. Will use again and highly recommended.
I am deeply impressed the way they handled the job. Very friendly , knowledgeable and professional. No hidden charges, straight forward , honest. It’s very hard to find honest contractors these days. Since we’re not familiar with the process, most of them take an advantage of customer. But I am sure I can trust this man. Price was very reasonable and best of all you know what you paid for clearly. I don’t call this company often but if I have any problems with garage door, he is the first one to call. This garage door company was good on the installation of my new garage door. I was told I had one year to get a free tune-up. I told Erica that I would be out of the country and my husband would be home. No one Called, Texted or Emailed to let us know they were on the way. When I returned I called Erika to find out what happened and she told me that they showed up and no one was home so I now had to pay my free tune-up!!!!
