This garage door company was good on the installation of my new garage door. I was told I had one year to get a free tune-up. I told Erica that I would be out of the country and my husband would be home. No one Called, Texted or Emailed to let us know they were on the way. When I returned I called Erika to find out what happened and she told me that they showed up and no one was home so I now had to pay my free tune-up!!!! Alex, Angelo, and Edgar are fantastic! For the glass garage door install, they showed up on time, were very professional with their work, and cleaned up nicely after the job was complete. I was having a sensor issue with the door a few months after install and they came out and fixed it in a day! These guys rock!

I was having issues with my garage door not properly mounted and was becoming loose. This was mainly due to the garage door previously installed incorrectly by another company in the past. I contacted Optimize Garage Door company for an estimate and they quickly responded and were able to come in for repairs the following day. Very quick turn around I would highly recommend.
