I pulled my back in May this year just 2 days before I was going on holiday, I rang Optimise out of the blue and they fitted me in for a massage on the same day which was brilliant. Bethany explained everything she was going to do to try and ease the pain in my back. Then during the massage she explained what she had found and where she needed to work on. I've been receiving treatment at Optimise for several months and it's the best thing I've done for my persistent back problems. I've benefitted not only from the treatment but also from the advice, exercise plans and sports massage they offer. The massage has really helped and complimented the adjustments. So much so that now my treatment plan is completed, I'm going for monthly follow-ups for both. Everyone is really friendly so if you're looking for help with your back, I'd definitely recommend Optimise.
The treatments and care is second to none at Optimise Ellie really knows her stuff and explains things really well when treating you and offers a plan in to how they are going to treat you as do all the osteopaths If you are having regular treatments then monthly plan is worth doing and saves you money. On top of the back treatments they have amazing massages again from excellent staff.
