Out of three appointments I had, two were cancelled, one of which 15 minutes before the session. The first cancelled session mean that I was unable to see the therapist for 4 weeks as they were booked up, after having waited weeks and weeks for the appointment. As for the second cancellation, this was the first session for the day, a clear indication that the therapist already had no intention of being there - most people are already either at work on or their way to work 15 minutes before they start, NOT calling in to cance... read more
Pathetic excuse for a mental health facility, disgusting treatment of patients. Shame on all employees and doctors.
Highly recommend OPTIMIND Somerville. Friendly staff, easy to communicate with and always putting their clients first!
Terrible accounts and administration. Zero patient care. So many reviews saying this same thing. I don't understand how they can keep operating this way.
