Terrible accounts and administration. Zero patient care. So many reviews saying this same thing. I don't understand how they can keep operating this way.
Very insightful and professional. Even bulkbilled
Admin are terrible. My psychologist had her own clinic and she was wonderful, organised, punctual and had great communication. However, she had moved to a terrible institution with unsympathetic reception and admin staff. I have had nothing but terrible experience since she went to that clinic. When finishing a session, my psych says she will get the girls to do something for her and I believe she actually does ask them but they don’t as weeks later I’m having to call the clinic to ask for things. If I could give quarter of a star I would this place has been nothing but trouble lost my discharge summary twice plus failed to send a full report to my gp and he asked me to ask for a diagnosis plus plan for my mental health when I called optimmind day after day to get my report I finally got got my report sent to my gp it was unfinished nothing but my history when I called opimind I was hung up on and then when I called again I was told I can see why no one wants to help you by Nicole very unprofessional from reception st... read more
