There is no information retention within the administration department at OPTIMIND, it almost seems as if they delete any email they receive. They demand payments from me personally despite the fact I went through the process to setup my payments through my families TAC claim (using their own form mind you!). They "lost access" to those files apparently and the person originally setting me up "forgot to do the TAC payment portal". I have personally had a case worker from a Victims assistance programs aiding me in this.. yet ... read more
