If I could give zero stars, I would. I had a very disappointing experience with this optometrist. My child’s prescription was significantly different from the result given by a medical eye doctor after a dilated eye exam. As many parents know, a dilated exam is generally considered more accurate for children. I contacted the clinic the very next day to explain that the eye doctor disagreed with their prescription and advised us not to proceed with the lenses. I had my first visit here recently and it was such a positive experience. The care, professionalism and genuine kindness shown throughout my appointment really stood out. Everything was explained clearly and I never felt rushed. It’s so refreshing to find a practice where you feel truly listened to and cared for. Highly recommend.
