Fantastic customer service from Morgan and the team at Optimax Knox. I came in yesterday and needed my glasses adjusted and cleaned. Morgan offered to do this without me even asking. Also, the glasses were not even purchased from there and yet it was not an issue. Morgan then went on to show me some fashionable sunglasses including from the Optimax brand and offered me a competitive quote for multifocal contact lenses. I would not hesitate to recommend this store for highly personalised customer service.
