I had a very positive experience with the doctor. She was extremely attentive, took her time to listen, and explained everything clearly and in detail. I truly felt cared for and supported during my visit. I would definitely recommend her to others. The only downside was the waiting time — I had to wait about two hours past my appointment time. I completely understand that things can get busy, but I would kindly suggest improving the scheduling or front desk process to help reduce the wait time. Overall, the doctor herself i... read more

This was my 1st experience here. Reading the other reviews I was a little worried but since this was the closest place I decided to go anyways. And I’m so happy I did! 1st I am already 20 weeks pregnant and due to issues with my insurance it was impossible for me to get anywhere but this place accepted me with open arms. They weren’t judgmental and they had me in and out super fast even though I had so much testing I had already missed! Super clean environment and a very friendly staff who communicated well with each other! ... read more

Hi girls! I moved from Houston to the Tampa area almost 3 years ago, and up until now I had always traveled home for my medical appointments during breaks. I finally decided it was time to find a trusted gynecologist here — which honestly felt super weird and uncomfortable after going to the same doctor since I was 16. But I will NEVER look back. Let me tell you!! From the front desk staff, to the RN, to my doctor — Dr. Eleanine Hardy-Hunter — everyone was an absolute blessing. She made me feel so comfortable, took the time ... read more

Don’t hang up on people who wait on hold for 30 minutes. One medical assistant told me “she’ll release medical records when she has time”. What? Danielle (hopefully I spelled that right) was PHENOMENAL. She apologized for her coworkers behavior and straightened everything out. She was super sweet and super helpful. The other medical assistants are horrible. After being hung up on I called back again AND WAS HUNG UP ON AGAN. I thankfully called back and spoke with Danielle. She is an angel. All the others are not. Thanks Dani... read more

I will start this off by saying I am not someone who typically leaves reviews, but this was such a bad experience I felt the need to leave one to warn other women about this place. I went here because the doctors reviews were high on Zoc Doc and it said they accepted my insurance. I wish i read the google reviews before I booked. would give 0 stars if I could. Do not go here. I went in for my first routine Pap smear/women’s exam. I arrived at 2:27 for my 2:30 appointment and waited in the lobby until 3:30 to be called back. ... read more
