I had such a great experience at Optimal Wellness Medspa! The staff was professional, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease. Their service is top-notch everything was explained thoroughly, and I felt truly cared for throughout the process. Best of all, the results were amazing! I’m so happy with how everything turned out and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! ♀️
This place is SO unprofessional. I called ahead to see if they were OPEN and they said YES. So I go in and they are all in the back laughing. I waited for 30 minutes, rang their silly bell 15 minutes in and still NO ONE came. As an esthetician I can truly say this place is not worth it. Sketchy location and had bad energy. Won’t ever be returning. Also two employees passed me without saying hi or asking if I needed help. I really thought they were smart and old enough to calculate that I was waiting.
