I’ll start by saying that before I met Ty over the phone to set up appointments for a personal trainer, I had zero experience in the gym. After the 10 sessions, which I highly recommend if you have no experience, I feel confident in myself as I work out solo. Decent gym. Okay variety of mostly new equipment and machines. Space is limited, it is nice and clean in the gym area, however the women’s bathroom smells like mildew and has a broken shower that’s been broken for months. A cafe is available (however we have never used it so I can’t speak on it). My favourite part of the gym is that it’s open 247 so we can come and go as we please with our ever changing schedules.
