go elsewhere. After having the tuning for years as well paying for tune and updated tune. Never did they get it right and will not answer. At this overly dragged out point. Don't delete unless buying a mini maxx or keep what you got. At this point I can't even sell the truck because it has unavailable functions as the tunes are not parameterized properly for the truck. Yes I have sent my truck and what it is multiple times. Personally I'd make files and keep my customers info and mods........
I purchased tunes for my 13 Cummins in October of 2020 after having to replace every piece of emissions equipment before 60,000 miles. At about 80,000 miles, after the warranty ran out, I did a full inspection of the emissions equipment and determined my egr valve was in need of replacement again. Terrible experience from the start. I purchased the unlimited tuning package in December for my 4th gen Ram 2500 and the tunes I received were throwing engine codes for the ECM. When I asked for help the response time took days and I was asked to pay for a revision. After another email explaining how I just purchased the tunes, a few more days go by and I finally get a response from the owner.
