As a Realtor, Unfortunately cannot recommend. I’ve sold over 150 homes and never had title issues. This company sold a property to my clients with a LIEN and didn’t tell anyone. Once the property was resold— the new title company immediately found the lien. They claimed to have closed it, but zero documentation was given to prove that. They took some responsibility, but ended up forcing me, the agent, to pay over 2K to have it released. Agents and buyers be careful, not all title companies are the same. We recently closed on a home and Optimal Title Solutions was excellent in helping wrap everything up. The staff were very friendly and professional. They made the whole process simple and easy to understand. Additionally, due to technical problems with our lender's digital document process, our initial closing date got delayed.
