Debbie is the best health care provider I’ve ever had. She is knowledgeable, caring, and an empathetic listener. I had PMDD, but thanks to her guidance, I no longer have it. I 100% recommend Optimal T.

She was kind and attentive and actively listened to my medical history. She clearly laid out her approach to creating a plan for me and thoughfully answered every question I had. I highly recommend her if you're struggling to navigate many of the mid-life changes that occur in women that feel confusing.
