Debbie is the best health care provider I’ve ever had. She is knowledgeable, caring, and an empathetic listener. I had PMDD, but thanks to her guidance, I no longer have it. I 100% recommend Optimal T.

I saw Debbie to help create a care plan for my PMDD and potential perimenopause symptoms. Absolutely the most ideal healthcare provider experience. She was kind and attentive and actively listened to my medical history. She clearly laid out her approach to creating a plan for me and thoughfully answered every question I had. I highly recommend her if you're struggling to navigate many of the mid-life changes that occur in women that feel confusing.
