A couple of friends and I joined a men's fitness event that was being held at OSP. I did not know I could hurt so much. Coach Mike and Coach Pat pushed us over the edge in the best possible way. I am definitely looking forward to the next event.
One of the best experience I’ve had! I am in the fire academy so it was helpful to have the workouts we do in the academy similar to what was done here! Full body workouts to really help you excel in life! You won’t regret! I’ll have to come back all the time now!!
Had an incredible experience in a group strength training class with the coaches at OSP. The new management team at OSP and coach Michael have truly added so much value to this company. The level of knowledge and coaching style is some of the best I’ve encountered. They clearly care about the community and the clients/athletes they get to train. You’re in really good hands here at OSP!
Went to a group workout at Optimal Sports Performance led by Coach Donovan, and honestly, it was one of the best workouts I’ve had in a long time. It was intense, challenging, and pushed everybody hard — but what stood out most was how accessible it was for every fitness level. I went to OSP for a girls Valentine’s Day event and loved it! It was nice to be able to work out with other women while also making connections and building relationships. It was very easy to find and parking was plentiful. Would definitely recommend checking them out if you are newer to working out or want to ease back into a routine after being out of habit for a while. The owners are also fantastic people and really make you feel welcome!
